I retain all rights to my artwork

I retain the ability to post commissioned artwork and designs to my socials and use as examples of my work. You can request for commissioned art not to be posted upfront.

I retain the right to refuse working with someone if they are scamming, have rude behavior, etc.

Any art, designs, and customs I create, commissioned or otherwise, is not allowed to be used for NFTs or AI.

I take commission payment upfront. I do not do payment plans at this time.

A full refund is available until the sketch (or lineart for TBHs) has been finalized.

A partial refund is available until the product is completed and finalized.

Payment in USD only.

I reserve the right to decline a commission or custom if I feel I cannot complete it for whatever reason (such as being uncomfortable with the subject matter, or feel like it is beyond my skillset). If an alternative subject cannot be agreed upon, I will issue a refund.

You are not allowed to draw over or edit my artwork. Please contact me if you want any changes to be made.

Commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless discussed upon upfront. I do not offer commercial rights at this time for anything larger than use as an emote.

You are free to make changes to a design (such as species, color, adjustments, markings, body type, gender, etc). This includes modifying the design however need be to accommodate for your style. The design must however still resemble the original design in some way (ex: don't change a cottagecore cat to a cyberpunk dog).

You may sell, trade, and gift the design regardless of how you obtained it. However, designs obtained via freebies, FCFS, or raffles, must have at least some added art before being traded/sold.

Do not resell designs for more than it's value unless there's been added artwork. (Artworks that add value include both personal, commissioned, and art trades. Gift art DOES NOT count).

You cannot claim the original design as your own work or art, but you can credit yourself, alongside my own credit, for any major edits or redesigns. DO NOT delete my design credit!

False bids placed on a design auction will result in a month blacklist. Repeated offenders will be permanently blacklisted.

If you own a design I have made and in the future become blacklisted, you are allowed to keep those designs, especially if they were bought with IRL money. Once becoming blacklisted, you are not allowed to own any future designs made by me.

Upon purchasing a premade or custom design, you do not own the commercial rights to it. I do not offer commercial rights to designs at this time.

Do not delete the Toyhouse listing or original image of the design. If at any point the current owner of the design does not want them, and are unable to resell, trade, or gift them away, I will be more than willing to take back the design to keep it safe and existing.

I can't stop you but I would prefer if my designs are not sent to Freebie Shelters.

If a character is sold to a person off Toyhouse, I'd prefer that they either create a Toyhouse profile to store the adopt's profile, or that the character profile be sent to me for safekeeping and archival purposes. This is however just a preference at the end of the day and I can't stop you.
